The Draper 30272 4-in-1 petrol garden multi-tool addresses this with four dedicated attachments — grass trimmer, brush cutter, hedge trimmer and pruner — all driven by a single 34.6cc 2-stroke air-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 1kW of power at up to 11,000rpm no-load speed. The hedge trimmer attachment carries 430mm dual-action blades with a 400mm cutting length, running at 9,500rpm, and handles branches up to 9mm thick for hard-to-reach hedging work. The grass trimmer attachment uses a Tap'N'Go line feed spool with 2.4mm nylon line and a 440mm cutting width at 7,500rpm, handling overgrown grass, weeds and light brush. The brush cutter runs a 255mm, 1.4mm-thick 3-tooth blade at 8,250rpm, while the pole pruner operates with a 254mm guide bar, a 3/8-inch 39-link half-chisel chain at 9,500rpm chain speed. The 750ml fuel tank runs on E10 petrol mixed with 2-stroke oil (JASO FC minimum) at a 40:1 ratio. The chain oil reservoir holds 130ml and requires ISO 100 grade chain oil. Operation is managed via a combined on/off switch, safety throttle lever and lock-on, with an easy-start choke system. The adjustable U-type soft grip handle and a quick-release single strap shoulder harness keep fatigue low during extended use. The split-shaft design simplifies storage and transportation between sites. Supplied with a grass trimming head, 3-tooth brush cutter blade, 10-inch bar and chain, bar cover, hedge trimmer head, 3-tooth pruner blade, single shoulder belt and mixpot. Net weight is 6.54kg.
