MOT bays and professional workshops demand a jacking beam that meets certification requirements, operates safely under load, and moves smoothly along the pit or ramp. The Sealey SJBEX300 is fully certified to comply with current MOT requirements and delivers a 3-tonne capacity across a load arm reach of 850-1600mm, with a beam lift range of 95-300mm to suit varied vehicle heights. The spring-loaded flat arms with roller bearings allow the unit to run freely when unloaded, then lock the beam firmly in place once weight is applied eliminating unwanted movement during use. Safety is built in at every stage: a 2-stage mechanical safety lock and telescopic finger guards protect against accidental injury, while the wide lift configuration meets the MOT recommendation for lifting on jacking points. Two pairs of aluminium support blocks are supplied as standard. Optional hook arms are also available. The support arm reach extends from 780 to 1075mm. Note: at 102kg this is a heavy item extra assistance must be provided at the delivery point.
