Removing or refitting a gearbox is one of the most physically demanding workshop tasks getting a heavy transmission into position without the right equipment wastes time and risks injury. The Sealey 600TRQ Transmission Jack takes the strain out of the job with a quick-lift hydraulic system that reaches full saddle height in a maximum of 22 pump strokes, significantly reducing the time and effort needed to bring the saddle up to the gearbox. With a 600kg capacity and a maximum saddle height of 1986mm (minimum 1146mm), the 600TRQ is built to handle substantial transmissions at full ramp height. The spring-loaded dead man's safety release control reduces the risk of inadvertent lowering, while the 2-way hydraulic unit ensures the saddle descends at a controlled speed at all times even without a load. Single foot pedal operation keeps both hands free throughout the lift. The fixed saddle is reversible, allowing a jack pad to be fitted to support items other than transmissions, and the unit is compatible with the optional Adjustable Gearbox Support ADT3 and ADT7 for additional versatility. Extra castors and a side handle make positioning straightforward. The hydraulic unit is larger than economy models for improved performance and durability. Base size is 600 x 600mm with 840mm ram extensions. Backed by a 3-year guarantee.
