Removing or refitting a fuel tank or transmission without the right equipment is slow, awkward, and dangerous. The Sealey FTC800COMBO combines the 800TTJ 800kg Vertical Telescopic Transmission Jack with the FTC01 Fuel Tank Cradle Adaptor, giving you a complete solution for handling both transmissions and fuel tanks up to 40 gallons (tank must be emptied before handling) and 565kg cradle capacity. The two-stage telescopic ram reduces clearance requirements, with a saddle height range of 960mm to 1920mm and two ram extensions. A high-speed lift mode reduces the number of foot pumps needed when unladen, then automatically slows under load for precise, controlled positioning. Foot pedal operation keeps both hands free for fixings and adjustments throughout. Safety is built in at every stage. A spring-loaded dead man's safety release control reduces the risk of inadvertent lowering, and two load restraint straps are included to secure the load. The saddle tilts 15° forward and 40° backward, and four adjustable support arms with rubber protective pads can be positioned to accommodate many tank shapes and sizes. Large smooth-running castors on a 1046 x 1046mm base make repositioning quick and easy in the workshop. The FTC01 adaptor fits and removes from the transmission jack with ease as required.
