The Draper 26780 Air Bottle Jack delivers a 20-tonne capacity with the flexibility of dual operation modes, enabling operators to switch between pneumatic air-assisted lifting and manual hydraulic operation depending on the task and available equipment. For pneumatic operation, connect an air compressor and regulate the lift via the air valve for effortless, efficient raising of heavy loads. Where compressed air is unavailable, the included two-piece handle allows full hydraulic operation by hand, ensuring the jack remains productive in any environment. The extendable screw provides a further 80mm of fine adjustment beyond the hydraulic ram travel, allowing precise load positioning. The jack operates across a lifting range of 245mm to 474mm, with a hydraulic lift of 150mm and a 72mm ram diameter. Operating air pressure is 0.7–1 MPa, and the 1/4" BSP air coupler ensures straightforward connection to standard workshop compressors. The 45mm saddle diameter provides a stable contact point, and the 220 x 175mm welded base and reservoir are engineered for strength and leak resistance. A built-in safety valve guards against overloading in line with EN 1494 specifications. Weighing 16kg and fitted with an integrated carry handle, the jack is practical to position and store between uses. The 650mm jack handle completes the two-piece manual operating assembly. Manufactured to EN 1494 specification.
