The Sealey AAS5000 is a pair of ratchet axle stands with a 5 tonne capacity per stand and a combined pair capacity of 10 tonne, designed for exactly these situations. The Auto Rise feature means pulling the lever is all that is needed the gas-assisted cast iron post rises automatically until the full-width crutch meets the axle or chassis of the vehicle. Angled teeth in the post ensure that the greater the load applied, the more tightly the post is locked, so accidental release under load is prevented by design. The working height adjusts between 400mm and 620mm, providing a usable range for a variety of vehicle types and lift heights. Manufactured to rigorous safety standards and sold as a pair.
