The Sealey AAS3000 axle stands address that risk with a ratchet mechanism built around a cast iron support post and an Auto Rise feature that removes the guesswork from positioning. Pull the lever and the gas-assisted post rises automatically until the full-width crutch meets the axle or chassis of the vehicle no manual adjustment required. The angled teeth in the post are engineered so that the greater the load applied, the more securely the post is locked, preventing any accidental release. Each stand in the pair holds 3 tonne, giving a combined pair capacity of 6 tonne. Working height adjusts between 343mm and 510mm to suit a range of vehicles. Manufactured to rigorous safety standards and sold as a pair.
