Dispensing oil from a 205-litre drum without a proper system is slow, messy, and imprecise relying on manual pumps or gravity-fed taps that waste fluid and increase spillage risk. The Sealey AK4562D is a complete, mobile air operated oil dispensing unit built around a 3:1 double acting pump for use with barrels or tanks fitted with 2" BSP fittings. The pump is supplied with an air management system connected to a 940mm rigid suction probe with non-return valve to maintain prime and prevent backflow. The unit features a workshop trolley with a maximum capacity of 220kg, a 10m retractable hose reel (model AK4567D), and a digital oil metre (model AK4565D) for accurate fluid measurement. Operating at a recommended air pressure of 70psi (maximum 115psi), it delivers a maximum flow rate of 12 litres per minute at a maximum output pressure of 350psi through a 1/2" BSP outlet. Compatible with engine, hydraulic, synthetic, gear, and transmission oils up to SAE150 viscosity, making it suitable for a wide range of workshop fluid management tasks. Suitable for use with 205L drums.
