Manually decanting gear oil and transmission fluids from bulk containers is slow, messy, and imprecise. The Sealey AK4563D is a mobile, air operated oil dispensing system designed to handle gear oil and a range of other lubricants efficiently and accurately. The unit uses a 3:1 double acting pump with 2" BSP fittings and operates at a recommended air pressure of 70psi, with a maximum input of 115psi and a maximum output pressure of 350psi. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 12 litres per minute and handles oils up to SAE150 viscosity, making it suitable for engine, hydraulic, synthetic, gear, and transmission oils. The pump is supplied with an air management system and is connected to a 730mm rigid suction probe fitted with a non-return valve. A 4m hose and digital oil metre (model AK4565D) are included. The trolley supports containers up to 50kg capacity. The outlet is sized at 1/2" BSP.
