The Draper Expert 82129 Polycarbonate Automatic Grease Feeder provides a constant discharge of 1–2 PSI through a 1/8" BSPT thread connection, ensuring the optimum amount of grease is applied at all times without over- or under-lubrication. The feeder body is constructed from transparent polycarbonate, allowing the grease level to be monitored at a glance and refilled inline using a standard grease gun — no dismantling required. It is compatible with NLGI 0 to NLGI 4 specification grease and operates across a temperature range of -23 °C to 121 °C (-10 °F to +250 °F), making it suitable for a broad range of workshop and industrial environments.Designed specifically for use on stationary, non-vibrating machinery where no shock loads are anticipated, the feeder can be mounted in any orientation — horizontal, vertical, or inverted — without affecting performance. This positional flexibility simplifies installation across a variety of machinery configurations.Three colour-coded springs are supplied to allow adjustment of the feed rate to suit different grease viscosities and operating temperatures: a blue light spring, a silver medium spring, and a red heavy spring. The 28 g (1 oz) capacity feeder is display packed and supplied as a complete unit ready for immediate installation.
