Manual greasing is time-consuming, inconsistent, and physically demanding in a busy workshop environment. The Sealey AK452X Air Operated Grease Pump takes the effort out of lubrication tasks, delivering high-volume grease flow at a rate of 1,100g/min with a delivery pressure of 5,000psi. Powered by a high-efficiency 50:1 air motor operating at a recommended air pressure of 115psi (maximum 150psi) with an air consumption of 6cfm, the pump has been workshop tested for reliability. A fitted follower plate prevents pump cavitation and ensures a smooth, uninterrupted flow of grease from the 12.5kg capacity unit. A safety regulator is included to prevent over-pressurisation of the pump. The package includes an SAE100R2AT rated grease hose, z-swivel, control valve, and bucket trolley, giving you everything needed to get started straight away. Please note: the grease bucket is not included.
