The Draper Expert 82130 Polycarbonate Automatic Grease Feeder delivers the optimum amount of grease at a constant discharge of 1–2 PSI via a 1/8" BSPT thread connection, ensuring bearings and lubrication points receive a steady, regulated supply without manual intervention. The transparent polycarbonate body allows easy visual monitoring of the grease level, and refilling is carried out using a standard grease gun — no specialist equipment required. The unit can be mounted in any position, including horizontal, vertical or upside down, making it adaptable to a wide range of installation requirements. It is designed for use on stationary, non-vibrating machinery where no shock loads would be expected.Compatibility spans NLGI 0 to NLGI 4 specification greases, and the operating temperature range extends from -23 °C to 121 °C (-10 °F to +250 °F). Three springs are supplied to allow precise feed-rate adjustment to suit different grease viscosities and operating temperatures: a blue light spring, a silver medium spring, and a red heavy spring. The 56 g (2 oz) capacity feeder is supplied display packed.
