Seized or stubborn diesel injectors can bring a workshop to a standstill, and using the wrong tooling risks damaging the injector body or surrounding components. The Sealey VS2064 Diesel Injector Master Kit is designed for the removal of Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, and Pumpe Duse diesel injectors. The kit includes keys and deep open profile sockets for dismantling injectors, plus a selection of adaptors for attaching the slide hammer securely to the injector body. Two slide hammer sizes a 1.3kg unit with a 150mm shaft and a 4kg unit with a 400mm shaft together with a ball joint and flexible joint allow access in confined areas where space is limited. Male adaptors cover thread sizes 10x1.5, 16x1.5, 17x1, 20x1, 25x1, and 27x1mm; female adaptors cover 14x1.5 and 27x1mm (3pc); hexagonal adaptors are 17mm (10x1.5 female) and 21mm (14x1.5 female). C and J adaptors are included for Pumpe Duse injectors, along with a claw adaptor and 1/2" sq drive injector cap sockets in 25, 27, 29, and 30mm. The complete kit is supplied in a storage case.
