The Draper 17161 Aluminium Sander Head is cast from aluminium and engineered to move and rotate in every direction, allowing the sanding face to maintain consistent contact with irregular surfaces throughout each stroke. A 5mm thick rubber backing pad sits behind the sanding sheet to provide a degree of flex and even pressure distribution across the abrasive surface. Two wing nuts clamp the sanding paper firmly in place, making sheet changes straightforward without the need for additional tools. The sander head is compatible with Draper Stock No. 17160 extension pole, sold separately, which enables overhead and elevated work from floor level. One aluminium sander head is supplied.
