Product Number: 3620500
Burnt-in brake dust and hardened dirt accumulate on brake calipers during normal use, making thorough cleaning difficult without the right tools. The Sykes Pickavant 3620500 Brake Caliper Brush Set is designed specifically to remove burnt-in brake dust and dirt from brake calipers, giving technicians a purpose-built solution for this demanding cleaning task.
The set includes two brushes, each suited to a different application. The steel brush tackles stubborn deposits on standard calipers, whilst the brass brush is intended for use on aluminium brake calipers. The soft brass bristles of the brass brush provide effective cleaning without risking damage to the aluminium surface — an important consideration when working on lighter alloy caliper housings.
Each brush measures 225 mm in length, providing sufficient reach for access around caliper bodies. The overall packaged dimensions of the set are 285 x 130 x 25 mm, and the set weighs 0.221 kg, making it straightforward to store in a workshop toolbox or parts tray.
The Sykes Pickavant 3620500 Brake Caliper Brush Set provides a matched pair of cleaning tools for workshops handling both standard and aluminium brake caliper assemblies.
