The Sealey SA95 Premier Air Adhesive Stripe Removal Tool is purpose-built for this job, making it ideal for professional workshops tackling panel preparation prior to refinishing. The tool features a composite cover moulded around a lightweight aluminium alloy housing, which reduces the effects of chill on the operator's hands and provides added control during use. An air motor with quality bearings delivers smooth and powerful operation, running at a free speed of 2500rpm at an operating pressure of 90psi with an air consumption of 4cfm. The pad size is 88 x 15mm with a 5/16" UNF thread, and the inlet size is 1/4" BSP. The exhaust outlet adjusts through 360°, keeping airflow away from the operator at all times. Noise levels are rated at 103dB(A) power and 92dB(A) pressure, with vibration of 0.49m/s² (uncertainty 0.54m/s²). Replacement pads are available separately as part number SA95/PX.
