Operating from a 230v 50Hz input supply, it delivers 12v and 24v output voltages, a maximum boost current of 380A from a fully discharged battery, and a maximum charging current of 57A at 12v or 28.5A at 24v, with a maximum supported battery capacity of 340Ah.
The STARTMASTER PW760 is built around a mobile, wheel-mounted platform with a durable metal casing, making it straightforward to position around a busy workshop. Three charge rate settings plus a boost function provide versatility across a range of battery conditions, while an integrated ammeter delivers clear, accurate current readings throughout the charge or boost cycle. Quality crocodile clamps and leads are included as standard.
Compatible battery types include Lead Acid (PB), SLA, AGM, GEL, WET and VRLA, covering the majority of 12v and 24v batteries found in passenger vehicles, light commercials and workshop equipment. Safety is addressed through reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection and overload protection, supported by an internal 200A fuse and an IP20 protection rating. The unit carries a Class F insulation rating.
The SIP STARTMASTER PW760 is supplied with a SIP 2-Year Standard Silver Warranty and is manufactured in Italy.
