The Sealey TL95 Timing Light Diesel Converter Box bridges that gap, detecting the pressure pulse from the fuel pipes of diesel fuel injectors and converting it into a signal compatible with most timing lights, engine analysers, and multimeters fitted with an inductive pick-up. The TL95 works on most direct injection diesel engines fitted with external fuel pipes ranging from 6mm (1/4") to 10mm (3/8") in diameter. It operates across an input power range of 6-30V DC, making it suitable for a wide variety of vehicle electrical systems. The trigger point is set at 15% of the highest pressure in the injector pipe, ensuring reliable signal detection. A practical addition to any diesel diagnostic toolkit.
