This pack of ten 1/2 sanding sheets addresses that by combining aluminium oxide abrasive with resin bonding, a process that improves grain adhesion, delivers anti-static qualities and extends working life across demanding applications. The aluminium oxide abrasive is resin bonded directly to a heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper. This backing grade is specifically selected to increase the durability of each sheet, enabling it to withstand the toughest jobs without premature tearing or deformation. The result is consistent material removal and finishing performance throughout the life of the sheet. Each sheet measures 115 x 280mm and is pre-cut to fit 1/2 sanders with a clamping function, accepting the standard 115 x 230mm clamping area. The 40 grit rating makes these sheets suited to aggressive stock removal and initial surface preparation. They are compatible with most 1/2 sanders, including Draper Stock No. 57941. Suitable materials include wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers, making the pack a versatile option across workshop, bodyshop and general maintenance tasks. Each pack contains ten sheets of uniform specification.
