The Draper Expert Electric Planer (SKU 57575) meets that requirement with a 950W motor driving twin blades at 16,000rpm, producing a maximum cutting width of 82mm and an adjustable cutting depth of 0–4mm. A maximum rebating depth of 18mm extends its capability to stepped joint work, whilst the parallel guide and rebating fence maintain accurate alignment throughout each pass. Three chamfer grooves are incorporated into the base to allow angled edge finishing without additional tooling. Chip management is handled by a left/right chip extraction port that accommodates extraction hoses on either side of the machine, and a dust bag is included for freestanding use. The 234mm base length provides a stable platform across the workpiece, and the unit weighs 3.7kg. Power is delivered via a fitted 2m cable with a BS plug, and the planer ships in a protective carry case complete with a spanner and hex key, ensuring the tool is ready for immediate deployment on site or in the workshop. Voltage is 240V.
