Once fully heated, the mains cable can be unplugged from the body for short periods of cordless use useful when working away from a socket. Two 11 x 100mm glue sticks can be loaded at once to reduce interruptions, and magnets in the handle base let the gun adhere to a metal stand when not in use. Compatible glue sticks are available separately as model AK292/2 (25-piece All Purpose Glue Stick Pack).
