The SIP 01595 is a 12" 400V three-phase professional metal-cutting bandsaw designed for trade and professional-grade workshop applications. Powered by a 1hp (0.75kW) motor drawing a 3-phase 400V (5A) supply, it delivers four selectable blade speeds — 22, 33, 45 and 65 metres per minute — making it well-suited to varying materials and thicknesses.
A heavy-duty cast iron bow is central to the machine's construction, reducing vibration and increasing cutting accuracy for consistent, reliable results. The 4-speed belt-driven gearbox enables the operator to match cutting speed precisely to the workpiece. A large adjustable vice accommodates large steel sections and supports straight and angle cuts, while an adjustable hydraulic ram dampener ensures smooth cutting descent, precise control and improved blade performance. The integrated coolant system extends blade life and keeps the cutting area cool during extended use. A built-in 24V control circuit safety feature provides an additional layer of operational safety, and the wheel-mounted design allows the saw to be repositioned easily across the workshop floor.
Cutting capacity at 0° reaches 178mm diameter (round tube), 178mm × 178mm (box section) and 178mm × 305mm (rectangular section). At 45°, capacity is 127mm diameter (round tube), 127mm × 127mm (box) and 120mm × 125mm (rectangular section). The machine is supplied with a heavy-duty bi-metal vari-pitch blade offering enhanced durability and long service life.
