For finer surface preparation and finishing work, a finer-grit flap disc gives a smoother result. The Sealey FD100120 is a Ø100mm zirconium flap disc with a Ø16mm bore and 120 grit, suitable for finishing work on previously prepared surfaces, light rust removal and weld cleaning. Zirconium abrasive gives longer life than aluminium oxide on harder materials. Flaps bonded to a rigid disc with epoxy adhesive - no separate backing pad required. Depressed centre profile fits electric and air-powered angle grinders. The aluminium oxide equivalent is FD100120E (cheaper, shorter life). Backed by Sealey's guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.
