OKO Mining X-Tra Heavy-Duty is OKO's most extreme tyre sealant formulation, engineered for vehicles operating in mines, quarries, waste management sites, and major construction projects. The non-allergenic, glycol-based, non-flammable formula permanently seals tread punctures exceeding 20mm in tubeless tyres – the natural cost-effective alternative to expensive solid polyurethane tyre fill. Tested and approved by Norilsk Nickel down to −52°C, it extends tyre life by at least 20% and reduces operating temperatures by up to 11.5%.
The 25L drum is supplied for professional installation using the OKO Metallic Application Pump (sold separately as OK024), which delivers 200ml per stroke at up to 60psi. One drum typically treats two to four large mining or quarry vehicle tyres depending on size.
Suitable For
Mining haul trucks, loading shovels, large dumpers, military vehicles, large forklifts, quarry vehicles, and any heavy off-road machinery fitted with tubeless OTR tyres above 25 inches wheel diameter. Primarily designed for off-highway use.
How to Apply
