Air-Seal Armour-Seal is the premium product in the Air-Seal range and is capable of plugging puncture holes up to 30mm across heavier-ply tyres — within one or two wheel revolutions. It has been proven in extreme conditions by military forces around the world and has performed equally well in quarrying, mining, and major construction sites. NATO Stock Numbers (NSNs) are available for the Air-Seal sealant range upon request.
Suitable For
Trucks, skip wagons, loading shovels, large dumpers, military vehicles, and large forklifts. Best suited to heavier-ply tyres. Works in tubeless and tube-type tyres. Available at PartsForMachines with UK mainland delivery in 2–4 working days.
How to Apply
Apply using the Air-Seal Installation Pump Kit (IPK01, sold separately), which delivers 250ml per calibrated stroke at up to 60psi. Note: the Installation Pump, Large Bore Tool, and Valve Core Key are supplied separately.

Armour-Seal is the premium grade in the Air-Seal Products tyre sealant range. It is capable of instant puncture repair up to 30mm in diameter, within one or two revolutions across heavier ply tyres. This grade offers double the performance capabilities when compared to all other tyre sealants on the market worldwide. This tyre sealant has been proven in hazardous conditions by military forces around the world and performs equally well in other extreme locations such as quarries, mines, docks, and major construction sites. Armour-Seal tyre sealant can be used in tyres of any size, it's performance capability is better suited to tyres of 16-ply and above. Armour-Seal tyre sealant is supplied in 20-litre pails and is sold with a specially engineered installation pump for ease of use. Application Examples: Trucks, Skip Wagons, Loading Shovels, Large Dumpers, Military Vehicles, Large Forklifts.
