The WAI 18309N is a brand-new 12V starter motor. It is built to Hitachi DD specification, replacing original-equipment numbers including Hitachi S108-76A, S108-76B, Hitachi S10876A and S10876B, as well as Kawasaki and John Deere references across 13 cross-referenced applications in total. Manufactured to Hitachi's direct-drive design standards, it is a direct OE replacement for equipment that originally left the factory with these numbers fitted.
The 18309N delivers 0.4kW of output power on a 12-volt circuit and runs counter-clockwise rotation, with a 9-tooth pinion to match the ring gear on compatible engines.
