The WAI 6591N is a brand-new 24V starter motor. It is built to the Delco 28MT OSGR design, replacing Remy original-equipment numbers including 10461459, 10479600, 1109140, and 1998351 — as well as Unipoint STR7159. It is a direct-fitment replacement for the Lister-Petter HR2 and HR3 Series, covering applications from 1990 to 2003.
Constructed to Delco's 28MT OSGR (Over-running Starter/Generator Relay) specification, the unit operates on a 24-volt circuit with clockwise rotation and a 12-tooth pinion — the configuration required by the Lister-Petter HR-series engine family.
