Overlocked seams hold the panel edges together where a driver's seat takes the most contact, along the outer bolster.

Because the cover is shaped to the Trafic seat rather than cut universally, the controls stay usable: seat adjusters and the recline lever both remain accessible, and seat adjustment is retained rather than restricted once the cover is on. Fitting requires no tools.
