The CCL 02-018B is a 12V mini changeover relay with integrated diode protection and a moulded bracket, designed for reliable switching duties across automotive, commercial vehicle, and plant electrical systems. Its changeover (SPDT) configuration makes it suitable for applications requiring both normally open and normally closed switching in a single compact unit.
The relay is rated for continuous loads of 40A on the normally open contact and 30A on the normally closed contact, with peak load capacity of 80A and 60A respectively. Five 6.3 mm terminals provide secure, vibration-resistant connections, and the built-in diode protection suppresses voltage spikes generated when the coil de-energises - helping to safeguard sensitive electronic control units and ancillary circuits. The moulded bracket is integrated into the relay body for straightforward panel or loom mounting without additional hardware.
At 12V operating voltage, the 02-018B suits the standard electrical architecture found across the majority of road vehicles, light commercials, agricultural machinery, and plant equipment. The five-pin layout follows the industry-standard 87, 87a, 86, 85, and 30 pinout, supporting direct drop-in fitment into compatible relay holders and wiring harnesses.
