The relay operates as a normally open (open contact) device, meaning both output circuits are inactive until the relay coil is energised. Each of the twin contacts supports a continuous load of 25 A and a peak load of 50 A, giving a combined continuous switching capacity of 2 x 25 A and a combined peak capacity of 2 x 50 A.
