When the original horn on a Hyundai or Kia fails, an exact-fit replacement restores the factory arrangement. The CCL 06-030 is a 12V exact-fit high tone shell horn for Hyundai and Kia applications.
The 06-030 is a resonance-type horn built in the shell, trumpet and snail style of factory-fit assemblies. It delivers a minimum output of 105 dB measured at one metre, operating at a frequency of 400Hz, and features a 2-pin connector engineered to align with the original wiring arrangement on a variety of modern Hyundai Motor Group vehicles for a straightforward swap.
Application coverage spans 13 confirmed UK fitments across the two marques. Hyundai applications comprise the i20 (2020 onwards), Ioniq (2016-2023), Ioniq 5 (2020 onwards), Kona (2017 onwards), Santa Fe (2018 onwards) and Tucson (2015 onwards); Kia coverage takes in the EV6 (2021 onwards), Niro (2016 onwards), Sorento (2020 onwards), Soul (2019 onwards), Sportage (2021 onwards), Stinger (2017 onwards) and XCeed (2019 onwards). Always verify fitment against your vehicle registration before ordering.
The unit carries ECE (E4) and EEC (e4) type approval for road use in the UK and European markets.
The 06-030 forms the high tone half of the CCL Hyundai/Kia shell horn pairing. The matching low tone unit is the CCL 06-031 (SKU: 06-031); order both for a dual-tone fitment. For Stellantis Group vehicles, see the CCL 06-028 and 06-029 instead.
The CCL 06-030 is supplied as a single horn unit.
