Product Number: 06-013
The CCL 06-013 is a twin horn assembly designed as a direct-fit replacement for Ford vehicles, operating on a 12V electrical system with a single special connector configuration. Supplied as a matched pair of shell/trumpet/snail-style resonance horns, this assembly delivers both high and low tones simultaneously, providing the dual-note output expected of a factory-specification horn installation.
Constructed to resonance horn principles, the CCL 06-013 produces a minimum output of 105 dB measured at one metre, meeting the acoustic performance demands of commercial and passenger vehicles. The assembly carries E11 type approval, confirming compliance with the relevant UN/ECE regulation for audible warning devices and confirming its suitability for road-legal fitment.
The single-connector electrical interface simplifies installation, with the special connection arrangement matched to the original Ford wiring loom. The high and low tone pairing is achieved through the twin-horn design, with each unit within the assembly tuned to its respective frequency to reproduce the characteristic dual-note sound.
With 13 OE cross references on record - including Ford part numbers 1381037, 4637028, 1C1T, 13A803 and further references from series BB and AC - the 06-013 is positioned as a direct replacement across a range of Ford applications. Buyers should verify fitment against their vehicle's original part number prior to ordering, as full fitment data is not currently published for this product.
