A failed or weak-sounding horn on a Stellantis Group vehicle calls for a replacement built to the original specification. The CCL 06-029 is a 12V exact-fit low tone shell horn for Citroën, DS, Jeep, Peugeot and Vauxhall applications.
Built in the shell, trumpet and snail form factor, the 06-029 operates on the resonance principle, delivering a minimum of 105 dB at one metre at 400Hz. Its 2-pin connector matches the original wiring interface on modern Stellantis Group vehicles, installing without adaptors or wiring changes.
The 06-029 carries 22 confirmed UK applications across the Stellantis Group marques. Vauxhall coverage takes in the Corsa (2019 onwards), Astra (2021 onwards), Combo (2018 onwards), Crossland (2017 onwards), Grandland (2017 onwards) and Mokka (2020 onwards); Peugeot fitments span the 207 (2006-2015), 208 (2012-2019 and 2019 onwards), 2008 (2013-2019 and 2019 onwards), 3008 and 5008 (both 2016 onwards), Partner (2008 onwards), Rifter (2018 onwards) and Traveller (2016 onwards). Citroën applications include the Berlingo (2008 onwards), C3 (2009 onwards), Dispatch (2016 onwards) and DS3 (2009-2016), joined by the DS DS7 (2017 onwards) and Jeep Avenger (2022 onwards). This unit supplies the lower note alongside the CCL 06-028 high tone horn (SKU: 06-028); order both for a complete dual-tone installation. For Hyundai and Kia applications, see the CCL 06-030 and 06-031 instead.
The CCL 06-029 is supplied as a single horn unit.
