The Deta DL604 EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) is engineered specifically to meet these demands, providing dependable cold-start performance and sustained cycling capability for passenger cars with or without Start-Stop technology.
Deta's EFB technology uses a polyester scrim mat bonded to the positive plate, increasing active material retention and delivering markedly improved charge acceptance and energy recovery compared with conventional flooded construction. This design supports the repeated partial-state-of-charge cycling inherent to Start-Stop operation, while maintaining the cold-start performance required across all operating conditions.
The DL604 is rated at 12V, 60Ah (C20) and 520A CCA (EN). Physical dimensions are 230mm × 173mm – 222mm (L × W × H) with a D23 case, B00 hold-down type, and standard positive-left polarity (Terminal Placement 0). Weight is 15.4kg. This battery is a direct replacement reference for Type 005LEFB.
