A. The Draper 80884 is for MB36 MIG torch bodies. Gas shrouds are torch-specific — confirm the torch type matches before ordering. A shroud that doesn't seat correctly on the torch body will have poor gas seal, causing porosity.
A. A conical shroud tapers toward the contact tip — it gives better visibility of the weld joint and is commonly used for thin sheet and positional welding.
