The Metrol 1402-30110-20 is a KEY333 locking quarter turn lock fitted with a wing handle and a 30mm barrel, finished in black textured powder coat. Designed for panel-mounted enclosure security applications, it accepts a Ø22.5mm panel cutout and accommodates panel thicknesses from 1mm to 18mm, with IP65-grade weather sealing.
The locking unit is constructed using zinc alloy die casting with black textured powder coated handle and housing. The cam mechanism is mild steel with a zinc plate finish. Materials also include SS316L and SS304 stainless steel components in the housing and insert assembly. A range of cams are offered within the 1402 model series.
The KEY333 locking mechanism provides controlled access security, with keys supplied as standard. The Model 1402 platform supports a range of handle and cam configurations, making it suited to industrial enclosures, control panels, and equipment cabinets where keyed quarter turn fastening is required.
