The Model 2106 lift-off hinge (SKU 2106-501-L20) is a 64x50mm handed hinge finished in black textured powder coat, designed for industrial enclosures, cabinets and equipment panels where panel removal is required without full disassembly. The hinge features an SS316 stainless steel pin, die cast zinc alloy body with black textured powder coat finish, and a polyamide clamping pin to secure the leaf assembly during operation. The M5 threaded studs provide secure mechanical fixing to mated panels or frames.
This hinge carries a rated axial load capacity of 478 kg per hinge and a radial load capacity of 499 kg per hinge, making it well suited to demanding industrial and workshop enclosure applications. The handed orientation must be observed at point of selection to ensure correct installation.
The lift-off design allows the door or panel leaf to be separated from the fixed leaf by simple vertical lifting, facilitating maintenance access without disturbing the fixing arrangement.
