Product Number: CH4H01
Worn or inaccessible tyre valves slow down inflation work and increase the risk of air loss. The PCL CH4H01 is an angled, single clip-on tyre valve connector with 360° swivel motion and a 1/4" (6.35 mm) internal diameter hose tailpiece, designed for use with tyres where the valve is difficult to reach — including motorcycle tyres.
The CH4H01 features a thumb push-button release for quick detachment from the tyre valve, and a clockwise-turn locking mechanism that delivers a secure, vice-like grip with zero air leakage. The 90-degree angled body combined with full 360° swivel allows the connector to be positioned freely around the valve stem. Materials of construction include zinc alloy, aluminium, and brass.
This connector is supplied with an open-end hose tailpiece sized for 6.35 mm / 1/4" bore hose, making it compatible with standard workshop airline hose assemblies. The CH4H01 replaces the earlier CO2 connector in the PCL range and represents the current production specification of the CH4 series. A female-threaded version is also available within the CH4 range for those requiring a threaded fitting rather than a hose tail.
