Pre-terminated airline hose assemblies remove the need for on-site crimping and ensure a consistent, leak-free connection every time. The PCL HA2141 is a 10-metre air hose assembly constructed from 10 mm (3/8 in) internal-diameter hose, fitted with an XF-Euro adaptor at one end and an XF-Euro coupling at the other, ready for immediate installation on compressed-air systems using the XF-Euro quick-release standard.
The hose compound is a high-performance TPE formulation that replicates the handling characteristics of rubber whilst avoiding rubber's typical drawbacks. The assembly is supplied complete with both end fittings, eliminating the need for expensive crimping equipment and saving workshop preparation time.
At 10 metres in length, the HA2141 suits workshop runs, compressor drops, and service-bay installations where a standard cut length is required. The XF-Euro terminations at both ends are compatible with the wider PCL XF-Euro range of couplings, adaptors, and accessories.
PCL manufacture their airline fittings and hose assemblies in Sheffield, UK, and have done so since 1938 as part of HORNGROUP.
