A worn or incorrectly terminated air hose wastes compressed air and slows workshop productivity. The PCL HA2134 is a pre-assembled air hose assembly comprising 10 metres of 10 mm (3/8 in) inside diameter hose, fitted with a Standard Adaptor at one end and a Vertex Coupling at the other, ready to connect directly into a PCL airline system without the need for crimping equipment.
The hose is manufactured from a high-performance TPE compound which replicates the handling characteristics of rubber whilst avoiding the associated degradation and weight penalties. Pre-fitted ends remove the requirement for on-site assembly tooling, making the HA2134 a practical replacement or extension hose for workshops already equipped with PCL Vertex-series fittings.
