Airline hoses that kink or degrade quickly disrupt workflow and waste compressed air. The PCL HA2045SF is a SuperFlex hose assembly delivering 15 metres of 9.5mm internal-diameter hose, fitted with Rp 1/4 swivel ends at both terminations — manufactured by PCL in Sheffield.
The SuperFlex construction is designed to be extremely flexible and hard-wearing. The hose is highly resistant to ultra-violet light and a wide range of acids and alkalis, providing longer service life and suitability for a wider range of applications than standard hose assemblies. The anti-kink characteristic is a noted design feature: elimination of hose kinks results in minimum air flow loss during use.
With Rp 1/4 swivel ends, the HA2045SF connects without inducing rotational stress on fittings, supporting cleaner, untwisted hose runs across workshop floors or overhead systems. The 15m length makes it well suited to larger bays or run-out applications where a shorter assembly would not reach.
