Accessing fixings at awkward angles is a common challenge in workshop and automotive maintenance. The Draper 73057 TX-STAR® Key with One Ball End in T27 addresses this with a ball-type hexagon tip on the long arm that allows engagement with a screw head recess at up to 15 degrees from the vertical axis, providing clearance where a straight key cannot reach. The short arm retains a conventional end for maximum torque when direct access is available. Constructed from chrome vanadium steel, the key is hardened and tempered throughout for durability under repeated use, and finished with a satin surface treatment to reduce glare and resist corrosion. The T27 size is suitable for Torx fixing systems, and Draper TX-STAR® products are confirmed compatible with Torx fixing systems. The key is supplied loose and includes a plastic storage holder with an integrated belt clip, keeping the tool accessible and secure on the job. This is a spare or individual component item suited to those requiring a single T27 key rather than a full set.
Keys with ball end on the long arm and conventional ends on short arm. The ball type hexagon tip allows the key to be used up to 15° angle from the screwhead recess. Chrome vanadium steel hardened and tempered with satin finish. Held in plastic storage holder with belt clip.
