The wood backer block is provided to protect the working surface during installation. Each kit contains 12 brass grommets giving multiple repair opportunities from a single purchase. The kit is supplied complete with a 3/8"" punch steel mandrel anvil wood backer block and 12 brass grommets making it a self-contained repair solution.
