The Draper 23390 TCT Circular Saw Blade addresses this with a steel body fitted with Tungsten Carbide-Tipped (TCT) teeth that are hardened and tempered for extended service life, resisting the wear and heat generated during sustained cutting operations. High-quality precision-ground carbide teeth deliver robust performance across a range of wood-based materials, including hardwood, softwood, MDF, chipboard and plywood. The Alternate Top Bevel grind angle promotes clean entry and exit cuts, while the 10° rake angle supports efficient chip evacuation during rapid cutting. A 3.0mm kerf ensures a controlled, precise cut path with minimal material waste. Specified for 305mm circular saws with a 30mm bore — compatible with most machines in that class, including Draper Stock No. 79901 — the blade operates at a maximum speed of 4,300rpm. With a 96-tooth configuration, it is suited to fine, finish-quality cutting as well as general workshop duties. Total weight is 1.030kg. Manufactured to EN847-1 Standard, the blade meets recognised safety and dimensional requirements for circular saw blades used on woodworking machinery.
