Cutting through hardwood, softwood, MDF, chipboard and plywood demands a blade that maintains precision, runs true and resists the heat and resin build-up that degrades performance over time. The Draper Expert TCT Circular Saw Blade for Wood addresses these challenges through a combination of material quality and engineering detail in a single 210 x 30mm, 48-tooth configuration. The blade is laser cut from steel and tipped with micrograin titanium carbide teeth ground to an Alternate Top Bevel profile with a 15° rake angle. This geometry delivers thin, clean cuts with minimal waste. A PTFE coating improves the ease of each cut, reduces heat build-up in the blade, and prevents rusting and resin accumulation on the blade body. Laser-cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand safely as operating temperature rises, maintaining structural integrity throughout use. Anti-friction vents reduce vibrations to help the blade run true and also limit operational noise, making the blade well suited to quieter working environments. An anti-kickback design prevents the blade from feeding too quickly into the material. With a maximum speed of 6,300rpm and a 2.0mm kerf, the blade is compatible with most 210mm circular saws with a 30mm bore, including Draper Stock No. 83677. It is manufactured to EN847-1 standard. Supplied as a single blade weighing 0.329kg.
This laser cut Titanium Carbide-Tipped (TCT) circular saw blade has a PTFE coating, which improves the ease of the cut, reduces heat in the blade and prevents rusting and resin build-up.
