Workshop machinery such as bandsaws and planer/thicknesser machines frequently demand supplementary outfeed or infeed support when processing long workpieces. Without adequate backing, timber and sheet material can flex or drop, compromising both the cut quality and operator safety. The Draper 70273 Telescopic Roller Stand addresses this directly by providing a stable, height-adjustable support point positioned alongside the machine. The stand features a quick-release lock handle that enables instant height adjustment across a telescopic range of 670 to 1060mm allowing the operator to match the roller height precisely to the machine table in use. The 282 x 48mm roller accommodates workpieces of varying widths and guides material smoothly through the cutting zone. A wide-stance base design increases stability on the workshop floor reducing the risk of tipping under load. Constructed for robust workshop use the stand supports a maximum load of 60kg at its minimum height of 670mm and 30kg at its maximum extension of 1060mm with load figures applying to evenly distributed weight. The unit weighs 4kg making it straightforward to position and relocate between machines as required. The Draper 70273 is supplied as a single roller stand and is suited to workshops requiring a reliable adjustable outfeed solution for bandsaws planer/thicknessers and similar stationary machinery.
Telescopic roller stand for use with bandsaws and planer/thicknesser machines where additional support for sawing long workpieces is required. Sturdy robust construction. Easy adjust quick-release lock handle for instant height adjustment. Support height extends from 670-1060mm. Designed with a wide base for increased stability. Maximum load capacity 60kg (evenly distributed).
