Demolition and breaking work demands consumables that can withstand repeated high-impact loading without premature failure. The Draper 84739 Hexagon Shank Pointed Chisel is manufactured from good quality steel that has been correctly hardened and tempered, ensuring the chisel retains its edge geometry and structural integrity under sustained use. This pointed chisel is designed for use with the Draper 1600W 15kg breaker, stock number 83352, which delivers 45 joules of impact energy at a rate of 2000 impacts per minute via its 1600W motor. The hexagon shank provides a secure, positive engagement with the breaker's tool holder, minimising play and energy loss during operation. The chisel measures 29mm across the shank and has an overall working length of 410mm with a 30mm body dimension, providing the reach and leverage needed for concentrated point breaking on concrete, masonry, and similar materials. The product is supplied as a single loose chisel, allowing operators to purchase precisely the quantity required for the task at hand.
