The Draper 86044 Adaptor Assembly addresses this directly by enabling the connection of vacuum cleaners and dust and chip extractors to a variety of metal and wood cutting and sanding power tools, both stationary and portable. The set contains four adaptors engineered to bridge the most common port-size mismatches encountered in workshop use. Three are step-down adaptors — Adaptor 1 reduces from 98 (92) to 68 (62) mm Adaptor 2 from 62 (58) to 59 (39) mm and Adaptor 4 from 33.5 (28.5) to 33.2 (28) mm — while Adaptor 3 is a straight 40 (34) to 40 (34) mm connector. All dimensions are approximate as stated. This four-piece assembly provides versatility across a broad range of port diameters making it a practical addition to any workshop where multiple power tools and extraction units are in use.
