A. The Draper 48160 is a 3-inch hook and loop backing pad supplied loose. It is a spare part component intended for use with compatible Draper workshop tools.
A. Hook and loop refers to the fastening system used to attach abrasive discs to the backing pad. The hook side of the pad engages with the loop side of a compatible abrasive disc, allowing quick and secure disc changes.

A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
