Cutting through a wide range of materials demands a blade that combines durability with precision. The Draper 31072 is a Tungsten Carbide-Tipped (TCT) circular saw blade, hardened and tempered to ensure long service life in demanding workshop and site environments. High-quality precision-ground carbide teeth deliver a clean, consistent cut across all woods, mild steel, copper, aluminium, laminates and plastics. The thin 2.4mm kerf reduces material waste and allows rapid cutting, while the anti-kickback design prevents the blade from feeding too quickly, maintaining control and operator safety throughout use. The blade measures 255mm in diameter with a 30mm bore and carries a 24-tooth configuration with a flat wave form (FWF) grind and a 15° rake angle. Maximum operating speed is 5,200rpm. It is compatible with most 255mm circular saws fitted with a 30mm bore, including Draper Stock Nos. 90170 and 79899. The blade is manufactured to EN847-1 standard. Supplied as a single blade, the Draper 31072 is suited to trade professionals and workshop users who require a versatile, multi-material cutting solution for their 255mm circular saw.
